Dr. Lawrence Loh - Chief Medical Officer of Health
Dr. Lawrence Loh is the Medical Officer of Health at the Region of Peel – Public Health. He was previously an Associate Medical Officer of Health and served as the Interim Medical Officer of Health in Peel. Dr. Loh is an Adjunct Professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto. He completed undergraduate training and medical school at the University of Western Ontario and residency at the University of Toronto, during which he also earned a Master of Public Health at Johns Hopkins. He is board certified in family medicine in Canada and in Public Health and Preventive Medicine in both Canada and the United States. Dr. Loh is also known as the man who shut down an Amazon distribution center in Peel Region to protect workers and community health, during the COVID-19 crisis.
Mbali Maseko - Head of Wellbeing: Sasol South Africa
Fuelled by her passion and determination for equity and social transformation, and with the humblest of beginnings (born and raised in Mofolo, Soweto), Mbali holds an Honours degree in Dietetics, a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). She has over 14 years of experience in the health fraternity, with 7 years experience in the field of corporate health and wellbeing, strategy, and business improvement practices. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the field of public health.
Mali Alcobi – Founder of "Dynamix – Work-Life Balance
Mali is the author of the book Superheroes and Hormones and developer of the AirPort Technique. Mali is the founder of "Dynamix – Work-Life Balance" in Israel helping organizations and employees balance work and private life. She has developed expertise in several interconnected domains, and modern lifestyle challenges. She has consulted with organizations internationally such as HP, eBay, Microsoft, Apple, Government agencies, Israel Defense Forces, and more. She is a frequent TV guest expert and is a guest lecturer at various academic centers and universities that promote Work-Life Balance in Israel.
Andrew Pakes – Research Director and Deputy General Secretary: Prospect Union
He is representing over 152,000 members across tech, specialist, engineering, and professional roles. He leads Prospect’s work on the future of work, technology, and data. He regularly writes, comments, and campaigns on a range of issues across equalities, wellbeing, and technology.
Noa Hadad – Director of the Gender Equality Division: Civil Service Commission in the Israeli government.
He is responsible for formulating, designing, and implementing policies regarding the appropriate representation of women in the civil service. In this role, she has focused on promoting family-supportive policies to secure work-life balance for both men and women. In addition, Noa deals with the role of commissioner of Gender Equality for all Government Ministries. Overseeing and managing the handling of sexual harassment complaints in the workplace. Noa is a graduate of the Civil Service Cadet Program. Noa holds a B.S.W in Community Social Work, M.S.W. in Management of Non-profit Organizations, and M.A. in Public Policy, all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Sonia Satra is a mindset and fitness thought leader who specializes in personal transformation for women and men by integrating the mind, body, and emotion to create lasting change. The former star of Guiding Light and One Life to Live is now the founder and CEO of the award-winning wellness company Moticise, which she has shared around the globe helping people reach their own personal greatness.
Mim Senft – Co-Founder/CEO of Global Women 4 Wellbeing
Mim Senft is Co-Founder/CEO of Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W), a nonprofit organization focused on empowering more healthy female leadership at all levels. She is also CEO of Motivity Partnerships, Inc. a consulting firm that helps organizations create integrated, actionable, and measurable engagement, health, and gender/D&I strategy for their workforce. She holds certifications in group benefits, worksite wellness, and property-casualty insurance.
Ann Marie Aguilar

She joined the IWBI team in 2016, and from a base in London oversees the day-to-day activities of IWBI Europe. She supports the business development and technical teams and is the first point of contact for clients and design teams interested in all applications of WELL Certification. Ann Marie’s role is to support “early adopters” of the WELL Building Standard, by facilitating communication with IWBI technical experts to provide international translation, alternative adherence pathways, and alignment with European sustainability rating tools.
Lee-Ann brings more than 18 years of experience working in the field of Workplace Health for a large Public Health unit in Ontario, Canada. In her personal time, Lee-Ann works on her side gig (LA Koaching) by writing a series of workbooks and developing planning templates to coach workplace health professionals and organizations to plan a more effective workplace health program. This is Lee-Ann's first year at the Global Workplace Wellness Summit. Most recently she has become a volunteer Mentor for How to Change the World.
Radhi is a People Engagement Specialist. She is currently the President-Elect for EAPA South Africa. She has been in the field of wellness programs for the last 22 years. She is a consultant to both public and private sector organizations for many years and has a wealth of experience in making wellbeing and engagement a driver to business results. She uses her MBA knowledge and experience and clinical social work background to help organizations bring the business and people agenda together.

Henna Sharma is an Associate Certified Coach(ACC) with a specialization in “Happiness” from the reputed International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is the founder and Chief Happiness Officer at hopeandhappinesscoach.com. Henna has worked with several Fortune 500 companies, top FMCG brands, multinational banks, large technology firms and helped unleash the true potential of their talent. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she has worked with over 3000 individuals through her virtual sessions to adopt a resilient mindset and balanced life.
Guy Glantser - CEO and founder of Madeira Data Solutions
Guy Glantser, Microsoft Data Platform MVP, is the leader of the Israeli data platform community and also the CEO and founder of Madeira Data Solutions. His career has been focused on the Microsoft Data Platform for more than 20 years, performing various database roles as either an on-site DBA, an external consultant, or a speaker. Guy is involved in many activities in the Microsoft Data Platform community. He occasionally speaks at community events, such as PASS Summit, SQLBits, SQL Saturdays, and user groups around the world. He also co-hosts the SQL Server Radio podcast.
Nuz Chagan (she/her) currently works as a Wellbeing Community Lead and Partnerships Manager for LYFE, a wellbeing programs tech company specializing in connecting, administering, rewarding, and evolving live wellbeing programs that are inclusive, diverse, and built on human connection and community. In her previous life as the former Head of Health and Wellbeing at IKEA UK/IRL Nuz was able to work with the global team to align and evolve the wellbeing strategy for IKEA.
Bhavika is a second-year Integrated Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences student at McMaster University. Having worked at How to Change the World as a Challenge Researcher, Bhavika investigated issues faced by several Canadian cities and reserves in reaching the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, many of which involved workplace health and wellness. Bhavika believes in empowerment through education and wants to continue learning with others to integrate knowledge from across the globe.
Antonio’s professional experience and research focus on the intersection of architecture, planning, and urban design. He’s internationally recognized for transforming cities into vibrant urban places that respond to their social, economic, and environmental contexts. In addition to impacting communities through his professional practice, Antonio has acted as chair of the Toronto Society of Architects and the City of Vaughan’s Design Review Panel.
Sara Kay teaches Laughter Yoga and is also a Happiness Facilitator. After having depression for many years, in 2016 Sara found out about laughing intentionally and this was a life-changing moment to de-stress and create positivity from within. Her intention is to share these wellbeing techniques throughout the communities and businesses to increase happiness and de-stress, giving self-esteem and health to everyone.

Dr. Ben Akoh - Organizational Development Consultant

Dr. Mamadou Ka -Diversity Consultant
Dr. Mamadou Ka is a Public Speaker and Consultant in the field of Diversity Management and Education. Mamadou holds a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and Diversity Management from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver (BC). He is a consultant in Cross-cultural and diversity management. He facilitates workshops on Diversity and cultural competence in different areas such as Health, Education, Justice, etc., Racism, Inconscient biases. Mamadou also holds a Law degree from the Universitéde Caen (France), as well as a BA and a MA in Political Science from the University of Manitoba. Mamadou has completed his Ph.D. Coursework in Political Science at Université Laval in Quebec City. Mamadou is a Political Scientist and Adjunct Professor at the Université of Saint-Boniface.

With 37 years of experience, Kay is a recognized expert on workplace design and strategy issues and an award-winning designer. Kay is Global Co-Director of HOK’s WorkPlace team and sits on HOK’s Board of Directors. In 2020 she was named ASID’s Designer of Distinction. Kay currently serves on the AVIXA Board of Directors; ASID’s Foundation Research Taskforce; George Washington University Advisory Council; the IWBI Mind Advisory Team and the Advisory Boards for I+S and WorkDesign magazines.
