They will showcase how improving workplace wellness can have a positive ripple-effect on organizations; the community; as well as positively impact our environment.

Spirit of the Summit

Everyone has the right to work in an environment that allows them to succeed and flourish. The spirit of this important global conference is to provide opportunities to debate the changing face and importance of workplace wellness. At a time when budgets are being squeezed and stress and mental health issues are on the rise, delegates will be encouraged to explore new developments within the wellness industry in terms of its role and practices. They will also be encouraged to consider how effective workplace wellness can assist in building an environment where staff can flourish and succeed.

Important questions will be posed:

  • What is the easiest way to create effective, inclusive Workplace Wellness programs and practices?
  • Are Health and Wellness Policies and Procedures necessary at Work?
  • How do you measure the impact of your wellness program?
  • Do you want to increase participation in your Wellness Programs?
  • How does Heath and Wellness Coaching impact the Workplace
  • What can be done about harassment, bullying, and respect in terms of Workplace Wellness?
