Do you lead and coach men at work? People are always lamenting about why men are reticent to go and visit their physician. I learned a long time ago that Men in blue collar environments do not normally like to be told what to do. They want something to make sense to them, to understand it, so that they can choose what they want to do. Getting men to take charge of their own health requires a presenter to first engage them, including their health.
