Dr. David Rabin Keynote
Dr. David Rabin, MD, Ph.D., is a neuroscientist, board-certified psychiatrist, health-tech entrepreneur & inventor who has been studying the impact of chronic stress in humans for more than a decade, particularly non-invasive therapies for treatment-resistant illnesses like PTSD. He is the co-founder & chief innovation officer at Apollo Neuroscience and the co-founder & executive director of The Board of Medicine.
Ally Nathaniel is a leadership and productivity consultant who specializes in building emotional resilience. Ally is a best-selling author who sold over 60,000 of her books and the creator of Emotional Business IQ TM. Her BA is in business management and psychology and for many years, she worked as a recruiter for the IDF (Israeli Defense Force) and managed HR and technology teams in high-tech companies. She is also a motivational speaker and mentor.
|Linda has been a professional social worker for over 32 years. As a witness and target of Workplace Harassment and Bullying (including mobbing and lateral violence) in her own profession, her career is dedicated to the development of a Centre that provides Education, Intervention, Prevention, and Restorative / Recovery options for Employers and Employees impacted. Linda offers a holistic perspective to addressing the diverse, multi-layered, complex phenomenon of workplace harassment and bullying. Linda provides services to help people understand what bullying is today, and what they can do about it.|
Ria Dark MS, LSW, SAP, MHFA is the CEO and Founder of 2Rogues Media Group and is the Clinical Director of Comprehensive Benefits Consultants, LLC. She possesses a unique set of experiences from the fields of education, human services, and the public and private sector. Ms. Dark is certified by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a licensed provider and a Substance Abuse Professional for the Department of Transportation, as well as a National Provider for Medicaid/Medicare.
Daniel Omolola has a BA in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Booth University College and has been working in the mental health industry in various capacities for over a decade. Over the years, Daniel has helped develop several mental health educational materials and facilitated different workshops on resilience and how people can build skills to manage their mental health both inside and outside of the workplace. He is currently an Employment Specialist at Sara Riel Inc. where he supports people in identifying and resolving barriers that can impact their ability to be successfully employed. Daniel believes with the relevant supports; each individual can fulfill their potential in life.
Tara Brousseau Snider
Tara Brousseau Snider is Executive Director of Sara Riel Inc which is a leader in mental health, substance use, and addictions community support. Additionally, Ms. Snider serves as a therapist for Recovery of Hope where she provides counseling on mental illness, marriage counseling, emotion focus therapy, trauma therapy, and EMDR. She is Vice-Chair of the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba. She is co-chair of the Reseau Compassion Network of Manitoba’s Mental Health, Substance Use, and Addictions committee and is a member of the Manitoba Psychological Steering committee and the Mental Health and Addictions Network. Ms. Snider is a member of the Board of Directors of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and chairs the RWB school committee.
Cameron Tindall has over 10 years of management experience in the developmental and mental health services field, with the last 8 years spent as the Manager of Mental Health Services at Sara Riel Inc. Cameron completed his BA with majors in Psychology and Rhetoric, Writing and Communications from the University of Winnipeg in 2010, and began working with Sara Riel in 2012. Cameron manages the Employment Services and Peer/Mental Health Support Worker programs, which provide one-to-one, participant-centered, community-based services to help individuals prepare for, choose, get and keep employment, as well as develop independent living skills respectively.
Sandi Boucher is a much-loved speaker, thought-leader, blogger, podcaster, seminar facilitator, and best-selling author who has dedicated her life to empowering the marginalized, assisting them to develop “a SELF that serves”. As a proud member of Seine River First Nation, Sandi began her speaking career in 2009. Now more than a decade later, Sandi continues to use conversational English, stories, humour, metaphors, and personal examples to empower men and women of all cultural backgrounds.
Ese Magege is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alchemical Center of Change (ACC), a Wellness Center, devoted to helping individuals achieve positive transformative changes and empowerment for more fulfilling lives. She is a sought-after international speaker, health coach, and author of the upcoming book “Happiness for no reason simplified”. She has lectured on mindful practices. She has practiced as a Board-certified PA for over a decade in multiple specialties of Medicine.
Hannah is passionate about promoting positivity and empowering people to use what they already have within themselves. She has over 14 years of experience in presenting, facilitating, and developing wellbeing and mental fitness initiatives. She has a talent for working with a wide variety of clients from prisons to national corporate organizations, the education sector – preschools through to universities; mental health support groups through to alcohol and drug addiction support groups
