Fernando Flores is an attorney with the Law Offices of Amy Oppenheimer. He conducts impartial investigations of employee complaints of alleged harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, and other workplace misconduct. Fernando also conducts workplace training and coaching in English and Spanish. Fernando is a certified High-Performance Coach and he has provided extensive training to businesses, law firms, and law schools in the topics of stress management and occupational burnout. Fernando obtained his coaching certification from the ICF-certified Life Coaching Institute.
John Toomey is our Vice-Chair at the Global Wellness Institute’s Wellness at Work Initiative. He is from Melbourne Australia and has been involved in Wellness Education for 35 years. John served for many years in High-Performance roles in Professional Sport in Australia, has coached an Olympic Gold Medallist, and worked as a part-time Lecturer in Physical Education and Medicine at three Melbourne Universities. In the corporate world, John has delivered over 3000 educational seminars and has written over 500 published articles. He authored Australia’s first Wellness Coaching Course in 1999. He is also a Licensed Avatar Master and with his work, has visited the US over 100 times.
